The Challenge

Real estate agents struggled with slow lead follow-ups, unqualified prospects, and fragmented client data across multiple tools. These inefficiencies reduced conversion rates and increased administrative workload, preventing agents from focusing on closing deals.

Role / Contribution

As the sole UX/UI Designer at Lena AI, I led the design of the landing page, dashboard (web & mobile), and AI chat interface. I translated the product vision into a clear, conversion-focused experience, restructured content to improve clarity and usability, aligned the interface with the brand identity, and collaborated closely with developers to ensure smooth and feasible implementation.
